1010 Development Corporation is proud to announce our newly redesigned website! We hope you will be better able to learn about what we do and who we serve as a nonprofit affordable housing developer. You’ll find information about our properties, our residents, our partners, and how you can support our important work to provide housing that low-income families and seniors in Los Angeles can afford.
We owe a huge debt of gratitude to a wonderful volunteer who created this new website for us. Joanne Parra is a librarian who lives in New Jersey and put together the whole site from the east coast. Thank you Joanne!
We’re still adding information and making a few tweaks. Please let us know if you find any problems with the new site so we can get them fixed as soon as possible. Send them to Kelle at krose@1010dev.org.
Please be our guest at our Annual Meeting and Dinner. All 1010 partners and supporters are invited.
Date: Tuesday, April 20, 2010
Time: 6:00 PM
Location: Villa Flores Multipurpose Room
1020 S. Flower St.
Los Angeles, CA 90015
Our guest speaker this year is Tim Peters, Executive Director of Door of Hope, a Pasadena-based nonprofit organization providing transitional housing and supportive services to homeless families. 1010 plans to expand our housing offerings by building permanent supportive housing for formerly homeless families and hopes to partner with Door of Hope to identify families and to provide supportive services. Join us for dinner and listen to Tim talk about providing housing and services to homeless families.
If you’d like to attend this event RSVP to Kelle Rose at krose@1010dev.org or 213-749-0214 x201.
